Dr. Sarra Dahmani

Assistant Professor of Project Management at SKEMA Business School. Her research involves a critical and practical based approach to systemic organizational transformations and transitions toward innovations such as agility diffusion or servitization. She holds a PhD from Ecole des Mines of Saint-Etienne (France), she has an experience as a practitioner researcher in consulting firms, her work has been published in renowned conferences and journals. She is also a regular speaker at Executive Education level on topics relating to project and organisational agility, as well as project management.

Prof. Julien Husson

Julien Husson, who holds a doctorate in management science from the University of Lyon III and a habilitation to direct research, is director of the IAE of Metz. His teaching and research interests include organizational development project design and hospital management. He is a legal expert at the Court of Appeal of Metz and regularly advises companies in France and abroad (University Hospitals, Regional Hospital Centers, Clinics, Banks, International Organizations). He is also a scientific advisor at the International University of Agadir. Julien Husson is the initiator of the international “Entreprendre à l’Hôpital” days and the author of some sixty national and international communications and publication
Maria Besiou is Dean of Research and Professor of Humanitarian Logistics at Kühne Logistics University. She received her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and Operations Management from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in Greece. She holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from AUTH. Before joining KLU she worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Social Innovation Centre at INSEAD, France. As a researcher, she is currently involved in the Research Institute on Leadership and Operations in Humanitarian Aid (RILOHA), which seeks to enhance the effectiveness of humanitarian aid via psychological insights, and she is the Academic Director of the Center for Humanitarian Logistics and Regional Development (CHORD). Her research appears in several case studies and peer-review international journals like Production and Operations Management (POM), Journal of Operations Management (JOM), Manufacturing and Service Operations Management (MSOM), Journal of Business Ethics (JBE), and European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR). Besiou currently serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Management (JHLSCM), as a Senior Editor of the Disaster Management Department (DMD) of Production and Operations Management (POM), and on the editorial review boards of Journal of Operations Management (JOM) and Production and Operations Management (POM).

Prof. Carole Poirel

Carole Poirel is a full professor of Management Sciences at the IUT d'Aix-Marseille (AMU). Member of Cret-Log (research center on transport and logistics), she works on distribution channels and supply chain management in the cultural field, and more specifically in the book industry.

Asma RAKIZ is an Associate Professor at Paris Nanterre University, and co-director of the Master GPLA(Production, Logistics and Purchasing Management. She holds a PhD in ManagementSciences from the Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, which she obtained in 2021.Her thesis work was awarded the Prix de thèse de l'Université Paris PanthéonAssas 2021. Mohamed Ouiakoub is currently Associate Professor in Management Sciences at the University of Lorraine and a member of the European Center for Research in Financial Economics and Business Management (CEREFIGE). Amr MIR holds a PhD in Management Sciences (Logistics Outsourcing) from Ibn Tofail University, a Master's degree in Information Systems from Aix-Marseille University, a second Master's degree in Logistics Management from Cret-Log linked to Aix-Marseille University and a third Master's degree in Project Management from Ibn Tofail University. Dr. MIR has focused his research on supply chain management, and more specifically on the transformation of the logistics service provider in Morocco and Africa. Prior to his involvement in research and teaching at ESCA Ecole de Management (since 2018), he worked as a Purchasing Manager in a multinational company (2010-2014) and contributed to the operationalization of the National Logistics Strategy as part of the Moroccan Agency for Logistics Development (2014-2017).
